I started teaching in 2006 in Dallas, TX. I taught English, Remedial Reading, and Academic Decathlon in the North Texas area before moving to Kansas. In Kansas, I have taught in Wichita, Mulvane, Augusta, and Douglass in Special Education, Gifted Education, and Tiered Reading Classes.
I have been married since 2006. My husband and I have 3 children: 2 girls and 1 boy. My son is currently a 10th grader, and my youngest daughter is currently a 7th grader.
When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family, read, and travel.
